BVI Kite Jam - Round 2

Later this month (Feb 26th) the BVI will play host to the second running of the BVI Kite Jam - an event started last year by high-profile kiteboarders Sir Richard Branson and Google's founder, Larry Page. This year promises to please pro's and amateurs alike with a schedule that includes a range of competitions, clinics, demonstrations and parties.

A great roster of male and female pro riders have already signed up. (see the list at http://www.bvikitejam.com/professional-riders)

While most of North America is frozen under ice and snow this week, it's fun to take a moment and drift into thoughts of playing with kites in BVI's warm water playground.

We're looking forward to watching this event continue to develop. For more info on BVI Kite Jam 2011 go to  http://www.bvikitejam.com/ or check out their Facebook group page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/SailFast/77667617152#!/group.php?gid=119309647413&v=wall
